The Rose model AR9 platform rifle, chambered in 9mm, offered by Rooftop Arms is a top-of-the-line build that is designed to be an ultra-lightweight pistol caliber carbine (PCC). It is named after the brave Eileen Nearne, also know as (Codename: Rose). She bravely transmitted messages during WWII to warn of an upcoming strike by the German military with V1 Rockets. This model is designed to be an ultralight and ultrafast rifle that really shines at the range when it’s time to have fun. The minimalist buttstock and handguard pair perfectly to give it a really nimble feel. The short stroke bolt carrier group from JP enterprises paired with their captured buffer is also a perfect addition to a rifle with this style and purpose. The Sig Sauer Romeo 3XL optic is nice and slim while also providing a large window for fast target acquisition and really serves this model well. Whether you shoot competition, or just want a phenomenal lightweight PCC build, the Rose model is an excellent choice.
