100% Satisfaction Return Policy
Brigand Arms wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. It is your responsibility to inspect the item(s) you have purchased for your satisfaction within 30 days from the receipt of purchase.
If you are not satisfied and wish to return a purchase from Brigand Arms, you must notify us in writing via email ([email protected]) within that time period (30 days). If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form which you must fill out and include inside the package when returning the product.
If you purchased our product from a dealer, you must contact that dealer to discuss a return according to their policy.
You must have the original packaging, proof of date and amount of purchase, and you must be the original purchaser. Upon return of the item(s), in good condition, Brigand Arms will refund to you, by original payment method, the original purchase price paid to Brigand Arms, exclusive of shipping, restocking fees, or taxes.
12 Month Warranty Coverage
Brigand Arms will repair or replace any defective product resulting from a manufacturing and/or design defect within 12 months from the date of purchase receipt. If you believe that your Brigand Arms purchase is defective in material or workmanship, you must submit a claim in writing to [email protected] with a full description of the item, the issue, and photos if possible. Your purchase will be verified for warranty coverage. All claims must be made within the 12 month warranty period beginning on the date of purchase receipt.
After filing your claim in writing, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be completed in full and it must be included in the package when you return your item. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the consumer except in cases where the defect is found upon receipt of a new purchase. No repair or replacement shall extend the warranty period from original purchase date. No repair or replacement shall be made for any damage to an item that is caused by: improper installation, improper use, abuse, negligence, accident or modification of the product.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is properly installed and used in the manner it was designed. Failure to do so will void your warranty. If you are not comfortable installing a component, please consult your local gunsmith. Brigand Arms cannot be held responsible or liable for damage caused by improper installation.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Purchaser’s failure to make a claim during the Warranty Period constitutes an acceptance of the product and a waiver by you of all claims for warranty coverage.
Extended Warranty Coverage
If an issue arises after the 12 month warranty period has expired, you may contact Brigand Arms for a replacement of the same or similar item at a prorated price of current MSRP, less a 20% discount during the 2nd year of ownership. This prorated discount shall decrease by 5% for every year until the 5th year of ownership at which time any coverage will be expired.
The liability of Brigand Arms, if any, and your only compensation for damages for any claim, shall not be greater than the original purchase price of the product to which such a claim is made. In no way shall Brigand Arms be liable to the purchaser for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. This is including but not limited to personal injury compensation or reimbursement of damages due to improper use of our product.
